Look up zoning at a point
Example: 18.6734, 105.6923
Tap a point on the map to see the result. The zoning layer (where a province has one) is a digitised copy for reference and may be a few metres off on the ground.
Order a zoning report for one plot
You pin the plot. A person at QuyhoachViet checks that location against planning documents published by state bodies and sends you a PDF report.
- Tap the map above to pin the plot, or enter coordinates or paste a Google Maps link.
- Add the map sheet and plot numbers if you know them, then pay by VietQR.
- The person preparing it messages you on Zalo with the download link when the report is ready.
No plot pinned yet
- A person prepares the report from published documents; it is not an instant machine result. Timing depends on the province. After your order arrives we message you on Zalo with an expected time.
- Where published documents are not enough to conclude, the report says so. We do not guess.
- The report is for reference and does not replace planning information issued in writing by a state body.
Free short version
Leave your Zalo number and get the list of plans in our library that apply to the ward of the pinned point. If the library has none, we say so.
How to read the result
- The result tells you which ward the point is in and which plans in our library apply to that ward and province.
- Where a province has a zoning layer, drag the opacity slider to compare it with the base map. Where it does not, we say so plainly.
- To know which planned land use your exact plot falls in and how far it is from a planned road, order a plot report. For a stamped paper, request official information.
